Steps After Submitting Your Request

• Visual Confirmation top right corner of page
• Email Notification: After submitting your request, you will receive an email confirming that your application is awaiting seller approval.
• Approval Confirmation: Once your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

Seller Dashboard Access

• Upon approval, you will gain access to the seller dashboard. Note that the dashboard will not function until your application is approved.

Follow-Up

• If you wish to check the status of your application, you can use the "Contact Us" page to follow up. Approval time can take up to 7 Business days.

Seller Control Panel

• Orders
  • All Orders – View all received orders.
  • Pending Orders Orders received but not yet processed.
  • Progress Orders – Orders currently being processed.
  • Delivered Orders – Orders that have been shipped.
  • Completed Orders – Successfully fulfilled orders.
  • Declined Orders – Orders that have been canceled.
  • Cash On Delivery – Orders paid upon delivery.

Shipping

• Set Shipping Cost
  • Manage shipping charges.

Manage Products

• Manage your online store and marketplace listings.
  • Product Create- Add new products for sale.
  • Products- View and manage all listed products.
  • Pending Products- Products awaiting DesiFormal approval.
  • Product Reviews- See reviews received on your products.
  • Product Report- View reports on flagged products.

Messages

• Respond to Inquiries
  • Manage customer messages and inquiries.

User Dashboard

• Visit User Dashboard
  • Return to your User Panel or Dashboard.
