Setting Up Your Website & Adding Your Business/Freelancer/Food Listing

Choose 'Business & Freelancer' to Add Your Business or Freelancer Details. The details you add to this template will help you create your own site.

When choosing a category, select the one that best fits your business:

• Choose Business if you operate a retail store or an online store.
• Choose Freelancer if you run a home-based business.
  Once you have entered all your business information, a site will be created, providing you with the following options: Your site will also show up in the online stores and QR Code and business card will be created to help promote your business. The QR code will also help your customers easily connect with you online.

Enhance Your Site

• Add images, slideshow including your logo, site visuals, and/or videos.
• Specify your business hours.
• Create an FAQ section.
• If you manage multiple businesses or locations, click 'Add New' to include additional entries.

Request for Quotes

Once you add your Freelancer, Business, Food, or Music & Dance Artist, your business will be included in the database, allowing customers to request quotes, and you’ll be able to respond.

• In Process: Refers to quotes that have been requested by the customer but are still being processed, or the customer has not finalized with a vendor yet. You can respond and provide a quote or reach out to them.
• Finished: Indicates that the customer is no longer actively looking, has selected a vendor, or has completed the process with you. Details will be provided in the request.

• Easily reply to customer quotes and adjust your bids right here.

Commission & Bonus

• This section shows when commissions were charged and whether you received any bonuses. Your Wallet Amount reflects the total after commission deductions. You will not be able to sell any items if your wallet balance goes significantly negative until you bring it back to a positive balance

Next Steps:

• Go to the Seller Dashboard to create your online store. Connect it to your site to sell through your storefront or on the Global Marketplace

  • Cash On Delivery - Orders paid upon delivery.

• Set Shipping Cost – Manage shipping charges.

Manage Products

• Manage your online store and marketplace listings.
  • Product Create – Add new products for sale.
  • Products – View and manage all listed products.
  • Pending Products – Products awaiting DesiFormal approval.
  • Product Reviews - See reviews received on your products.
  • Product Report - View reports on flagged products.

Manage Foods

• Sell and manage food tiffin and home food delivery services.
  • Food Create - Add food items for sale.
  • Foods – View and manage your listed food items.
  • Pending Foods – Food items awaiting DesiFormal approval.
  • Food Reviews - See customer reviews on your food.
  • Food Report - View reports on flagged food items.

Messages

• Respond to Inquiries – Manage customer messages and inquiries.

User Dashboard

• Visit User Dashboard – Return to your User Panel or Dashboard.

Orders

• Seller Dashboard à All Orders
  • The Order section will show all orders received on your online store or marketplace.
  • Blue View Icon: Order Details and Invoice
  • Yellow Delivery Truck Icon: Here, you can update the order status & keep your orders organized and the buyer informed
  • Order Status: The status will update automatically as you modify the yellow delivery icon.
  • Payment: The payment status indicates whether the transaction was successful or if the order failed due to non-receipt of payment or other payment-related issues.

Shipping

  • Option will appear for Food, Online Store and MarketPlace
  • ClickAdd New to include shipping costs/options.
  • You can offer free shipping, conditional free shipping on orders over $99, and more.
  • Active Status: Allows you to keep the shipping option and toggle it on/off as needed.

Products

• Seller Dashboard à Products or Product Create
  Add products to your online store or marketplace.
  • Fill in the required details marked with an asterisk and complete the other fields as needed. It's best to place your items in the most relevant category for both store organization and accurate marketplace classification.
  • The Sale Price is optional and should be filled in if the item is on sale.
  • Both the regular MRP (Manufacturer Retail Price) and Sale Price will be displayed if both are provided.
  • Specifications are optional and can be activated or deactivated as needed.
  

Food Section

• Seller Dashboard à Food or Food Create
  For sellers in the food section of the site, including Home Food, Food Tiffin, Food Delivery, etc. Fill in the required details marked with an asterisk and complete the other fields as needed. It's best to place your items in the most relevant category for both store organization and accurate marketplace classification.
  • The Sale Price is optional and should be filled in if the item is on sale.
  • Both the regular MRP (Manufacturer Retail Price) and Sale Price will be displayed if both are provided.
