Gautham, a loving and caring son, supports his father Karthik's desire to marry a woman 30 years his junior. Gautham understands that love knows no bounds. However, Ramalingaiah, a prominent divorce lawyer, has a different perspective on love marriages. He believes that they are doomed to fail. When he discovers his daughter Nitya is in love with Gautham, he meets with him to learn more about their story. Gautham shares with Ramalingaiah how he and Nitya met in Kerala leading to their eventual romantic relationship. After hearing their love story Ramalingaiah disapproves of their marriage. This leads to differences between the father and daughter. After a misunderstanding Ramalingaiah eventually agrees to get them married but with a condition that marriage should take place in a registrar office. And when they go to the registrar office to apply for the marriage, the officer there recognizes Gautham. He tells Gautham to get divorce from his previous wife in order to get married to Nitya. In the past, Gautham is in love with Dia, daughter of his college Principal. But his Principal hates him. This causes Gautham to secretly marry Dia in a registrar office. Later when Dia's father comes to know about their marriage, he is ready to accept but on one condition that Gautham needs to apologize to him in public. Gautham doesn't apologize citing Self respect as a reason. This causes a rift between Dia and Gautham. In present, Gautham co incidentally works under Dia. He tries hard to get divorce from her but she doesn't co-operate. Eventually Dia agrees for the divorce with Gautham. But all this should remain hidden from both their respective partners. Did they manage to keep it a secret? Did they get the divorce? Did Gautham marry Nitya? All these questions are answered in a hilarious roller coaster ride of emotions.
